The views from the room were stunning. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Unfortunately, both elevators were out of service during my stay, which was a hassle. Easily walked to the beach and there are bicycle rentals nearby. a decent experience.

Oceanfront view from the room was amazing. One elevator was out of service, making it a hassle to get around, especially with a toddler. Direct beach access and bike rentals nearby were super convenient.

I loved the cozy vibes of this hotel! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and different every day, perfect fuel for all our adventures. Plus, the indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and we had easy beach access right outside.

Loved the ocean view from the balcony and the modern, clean room with plenty of outlets. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick to accommodate our last-minute extension. Enjoyed the pizza spot downstairs and appreciated the decent breakfast options. But, the experience was tarnished by an unjust accusation of smoking while we were shopping. The cleanliness varied; some areas needed attention, like the bathroom and shower. Only one elevator was working, which made things challenging. Still, the overall vibe and service made it a place I’d consider revisiting.

The cleanliness was shocking; the room had dust everywhere, and the bathroom was gross with hair all over the tub. It felt like we were checking into someone else's mess—definitely not worth the price we paid!

Staying here was fantastic as you could step right out onto the beautiful Virginia Beach boardwalk and enjoy spectacular ocean views, while also being just a short walk from excellent dining options like the Nautilus Restaurant and Duck Donuts. The indoor pool was well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our stay. It's worth noting though that only one elevator was working during our visit, which sometimes made things a bit inconvenient.

Thankfully, the hotel staff handled it with grace. Huge thanks for that. Location excels—quiet on the northern end, near great dining, and a beach that’s busy yet manageable. The fifth-floor room blocked out noise effectively, allowing for peaceful nights. the beds fell short of comfort promises. Noisy neighbors above and a lingering smell from marijuana detracted from the experience. Breakfast options were limited, and cleanliness could improve with proper dusting. Despite these drawbacks, staff remained helpful and attentive. This hotel has potential but must address comfort and maintenance issues for a more satisfying stay.

Fantastic location on the boardwalk, great leisure amenities like the pool and gym. Enjoyed the quirky blue carpets and the bright hallways. Area offers diverse activities; loved the nearby attractions.
I had a blast trying to open the patio door, waiting for the one elevator, and not having my coffee restocked. Oh, the joys of hotel living!

Our family loved exploring First Landing State Park on Chesapeake Bay, with its serene trails and beautiful views. We also enjoyed the live music at the hotel's restaurant on summer weekends.

The beach was just a stone's throw away, perfect for watching the sunrise from the balcony and soaking in the ocean views. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. Plus, being able to check in early when I arrived sooner than expected was a pleasant surprise!
The breakfast options were lacking in quality, and the room next door was noisy late into the night, making it hard to get a good night's rest. the room seemed overpriced for the off-season, with simple amenities like a hairdryer requiring a request.

The room layout was well-thought-out, providing a quiet and restful space. The bed was satisfactory, but not exceptionally comfortable. I appreciated the small fridge and coffee machine. the balcony was quite small yet offered a lovely ocean view. Temperature control was adequate, but the heating/AC unit had some issues. The lack of hand towel hooks was inconvenient. I found the bathroom cleanliness lacking upon check-in, with sand on the floor, prompting me to clean it myself. some amenities could benefit from improvements, but it still facilitated a decent stay.

Great location at the North end! Room was clean with a balcony and an awesome ocean view. Beds super comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the fitness centre. Breakfast was good and the pizza at the restaurant was delicious. All in all, a nice getaway with everything you need close by.

The breakfast area was spacious and the bar service from Akeira was excellent, especially during happy hour. the beds were uncomfortably hard, and the bathroom doors had squeaky hinges that were quite noisy. The musty smell in the room's bathroom was also off-putting. I was disappointed by the lack of variety in the warm breakfast items and the quality of the breakfast overall. The coffee containers were frequently empty, and it would have been nice to have more options besides non-dairy creamer. the $300 per night rate didn't match the mediocre breakfast experience. the ocean view was beautiful, and the AC worked well, which was a relief during our stay. The furniture in the room seemed cheaply made, and we encountered a roach on the balcony.

the hampton inn was spotless and staff were kind and polite. the location is right on the boardwalk and super close to the beach playground. the breakfast was warm - plentiful, and constantly replenished. the daily cleaning and changing menu were impressive. such a great stay!

We hit up Virginia Aquarium and First Landing State Park, then caught live music at the restaurant. Virginia Beach was buzzing with energy! The staff were chill, the room was dope, and the vibes were on point. Can't wait to do it all over again!
Wish they had more late-night hangout spots for us party animals.

The location was fantastic, right by the beach and in the midst of everything. I loved the ocean view from the balcony and how helpful and friendly the staff were. The breakfast had a good variety and the cleanliness was well maintained.
The elevator situation was frustrating with one out of service, making it slow and inconvenient. The pool area lacked maintenance with algae and cleanliness issues.

My stay at this beachfront hotel was fantastic. The clean room had a cozy feel, and the polite staff made me feel welcome. The location was excellent, with easy access to shopping, dining, and the iconic Neptune statue. The breakfast was convenient, although I recommend trying the nearby Pocahontas for a truly amazing meal. The view from the room was breathtaking, especially at night while listening to the soothing ocean waves.

i really enjoyed the breakfast that was available every morning at Hampton Inn. i had choices and that was important. i of course loved walking from hotel straight on to the beach. the check in was fast, friendly and appreciated! our room was clean. we did not get room service throughout the week but anything we needed was provided by the front desk. breakfast was great and a nice variety of options throughout the week.
